Bush Food Cocktails and Canapés

The menu includes a series of two cocktails based on the best seasonal ingredients, including the likes of finger lime spritz or saltbush martini. Your ticket to 'Bush Foods Cocktails and Canapés' includes two delicious cocktails that will keep you coming back for more!

Tickle your taste buds on a four-course canapé tasting menu to compliment the cocktails on offer. The menu will be prepared by your Shared Knowledge guide using First Nations ingredients. The food menu will vary based on seasonal availability of ingredients.

• This experience is a strictly 18+ years event.
• This experience runs for approximately 2-2.5 hours.
• Please note: This menu may contain foods that have gluten, dairy, nuts, seafood and red meat.
• This program caters to dietary needs. Please make sure to include any dietary requirements in your booking form.
• This experience runs in all weather. If there is an extreme weather warning from the Bureau of Meteorology we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a full refund or transfer. We do not provide refunds if you choose to not attend due to weather.
